The Elizabeth Township Historical Society is a non-profit organization, formed in December of 1976.
 This Society attempts to fill the historical and genealogical needs  for all within a 35 mile radius
that do not have a historical organization of their own.

We presently own and maintain two cemeteries: 

• Dravo in Elizabeth Township

• Coulter in South Versailles Township

 In addition, we maintain the Greenock Honor Roll.

We hold membership in the following organizations:

• The Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission at Harrisburg, PA

• The Historical Society at State College, PA

•  Consortia of Historical Societies of Western Pennsylvania

Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted by the Society
and proceeds are used to promote the preservation of local history for future generations.
