Stephanie Saracco, director, Allegheny County Airport (RIGHT) and Phil Ehrman of Corporate Air, LLC (LEFT) received thanks and two gift certificates from Michael P. Mauer, quartermaster, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 914, West Mifflin. The timely help from these two airport officials made it possible for this past year's annual Pearl Harbor remembrance Dec. 7 at the Allegheny County Airport to escape the cold and be held in a hanger. The event, sponsored by VFW post 914 since 1991, is co-sponsored by American Legion Post 783 of West Mifflin and American Merchant Marine Veterans of the Mon Valley |
