Toth, a senior at West Mifflin Area Senior High School, is the son of Deborah and James Toth of West Mifflin. The VFW Post voted to award the scout funds to help move the borough’s World War I memorial from the West Mifflin police building to nearby Mitchell Paige veterans' park as part of his Eagle Scout project.
